The nicest people work there!! It is a pleasure to shop there. My only question which the nice employees cannot answer is why I cannot declare birds as “ dependents” as they are eating me out of house and home.

I have been shopping at this store when it was owned by someone else, and the improvements are clear and make it a much more pleasant overall experience. Caroline, a long-term employee, is always a delight and the new owner, Jean, stands by the brand and her word. Outstanding!

I have been using Brome birdfeeders for years based on the excellent information from this store. They have readily repaired hummingbird feeders and were helpful in answering my questions today. Would have been even better if they were allowed to honor a coupon for my birth month in addition to a paper coupon I had. I would have made a larger purchase.
