The Staff, Elizabeth and Mark, were friendly, knowledgeable, and took a real interest in the projects I had that brought me in to WBU. I am sure I will be back this weekend again.

The sales representative was so sweet! We purchased a windchime and absolutely loved the high quality of all the windchimes available. The sales representative was super kind and wrapped the windchime very well so that it would make it home safely.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. I came in with an friend who has no sort of bird experience, and he chatted with the staff while I shopped.

The nicest people work there!! It is a pleasure to shop there. My only question which the nice employees cannot answer is why I cannot declare birds as “ dependents” as they are eating me out of house and home.
