I asked online about using Bird Bucks, and Katie called me to explain how they could be used for my next order. I really appreciated the personal attention. I did receive an item (mealworms and mealworm feeder) that I did not order; was this deliberate? The bluebirds in my yard will appreciate them! The only reason I'd say I'm only "likely" to return to the store is that I live 2 hours' drive from Durham, though we visit several times a year. I'm "highly likely" to order again online in the next 60 days. Thanks for the great products (seed cylinders) and service!

Very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson, nicely laid out store. We love all the bird and animal related products and art. We enjoyed the other store but this one is much more spacious. The salespeople have always been awesome!
