The staff is always helpful. The store is neat. They always have what I need.

I tried to return in person a bird feeder I purchased online. After contacting the owner, I was told by the sales clerk that my refund would have to be a store credit because it was an online purchase. I didn't understand and told the sales clerk that but opted to take the credit and be done with it. As such, I will return to the store to spend my store credit but will shop elsewhere for future purchases.

This business should offer military discounts everyday of operations and not just on Thursdays. This is appalling.

They were out of the seed blend that I wanted, and then when I got home, I realized that the price they charged for the bark butter didn't match the price on the sticker. The sticker said $16.99 and it rang up as $19.99.

I understand there were delivery delays... I came in for cylinder of Hot Pepper bird seed, and they were all out except a few stackables. I'm not sure what's different about these ones I got, but I have pics of the squirrels happily eating away at them. So I paid more (3 stackables vs 1 cylinder) and the squirrels are getting it all.

I wish there was more selection in suet squares
