Lovely lady in store was knowledgeable and very helpful. Her passion for birds is contagious.

The store is always immaculate. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always ask if I need help carrying merchandise out. I appreciate that, but do not need help most of the time. I belong to the shoppers club and get discounts often.

Katie totally renewed my Squirrel Buster Plus, and I found other feeders and accessories there as well. Great job!!

This was our first time visiting a Wild Birds Unlimited store. We are really glad we met Mark and Carolyn at our local store. We visited the store to learn more about putting a birdhouse in our backyard for our cats to watch from inside our home. We did not know much about what this would entail, but the people at our local store listened to our goals for the birdhouse and helped us to find a birdhouse and other products that met our needs very well. I was comfortable taking Mark and Carolyn's thoughts and advice to heart because I got the sense that they (a) knew what they were talking about and (b) genuinely cared about the wellbeing of the wildlife that might visit our birdhouse. It was a very pleasant experience coming to this store and I'm glad we did it, as our birdhouse has become a daily source of entertainment for our cats and even for us. We didn't know so many different bird species lived in our area!

I asked online about using Bird Bucks, and Katie called me to explain how they could be used for my next order. I really appreciated the personal attention. I did receive an item (mealworms and mealworm feeder) that I did not order; was this deliberate? The bluebirds in my yard will appreciate them! The only reason I'd say I'm only "likely" to return to the store is that I live 2 hours' drive from Durham, though we visit several times a year. I'm "highly likely" to order again online in the next 60 days. Thanks for the great products (seed cylinders) and service!
