It was wonderful - quick and easy, and the employee was lovely. Thank you so much for making it so easy and safe! My Mom's going to love her new feeder.

There was a problem with my order: an out of stock item that had to be swapped out. It created a bigger problem and my card ended up being charged 4 times in different amounts. Grace from the Durham store called me several times to make sure it was resolved. She was super nice and determined to get it right. I really appreciated the effort.

I had a product damaged during delivery. (Box had a hole in it from delivery and was smashed a bit; I blame FedEx) I called the store and they immediately replaced my damaged item! I will definitely be shopping at this store again. Staff was quick to respond and very friendly!
