We were asking about a perticular bird food and feeder. Our salesman was very knowlegable about the products we ended up buying.

The staff were friendly, gave helpful suggestions and helped me in deciding what was best selection for my needs.

Excellent customer service

I don't live in Durham, but visit occasionally and order for home delivery. I had a coupon, so picked up another seed cylinder for the feeders I already have. The sales associate was pleasant and offered her help, but did not press when I said I was browsing for something to purchase using the coupon.
