The store location is convenient and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Getting a discount on my purchases is always a plus. The birds love the products I purchase at WBU. Never purchase birdseed anywhere else.

I love bluebirds!!!! The staff and owner acted as if they had all day to spend with me talking about “my bluebirds “ ❤️❤️❤️Explained membership to me also! I was a member a long time ago! But just rejoined!!

As always, the store had what I wanted and the check-out was efficient. The people are always friendly and courteous. And they are knowledgeable about what "pleases' birds. For example, one of the staff explained to another customer why WBU did not sell "round dark orange seeds" (the birds do not like them, which I found out 60 years ago by my own experience). You can trust the products at WBU. I also like the bird cam!
