The price for an item to put ripples in our bird bath was $45. I wanted to return it, I did not pay attention to the price and when my husband saw it, felt it was way too much. It should have been like $30 at most. Def overpriced. The bird food as well is overpriced. I really like the store, but everything really, is overpriced, lol!

The required mask wearing while there is ample opportunity to follow social distancing protocols is over the top and bothersome. Whether WBU policy or local decision-making was involved, I'd rather common sense prevail. I will patronize the store only when I run out of supply until this practice ends. Until then, I will shop online (which I despise) or where I can go inside and shop comfortably for my spontaneous purchases.

I placed an order for delivery on January 14. Since it had not been delivered by Saturday morning, January 16, I checked my account and it said "ready." That made me think I had not chosen "for delivery" and that we needed to pick up the order. My husband went to pick it up and it was already out for delivery. Maybe WBU could change the status as "scheduled for delivery" or something like that. It might be less confusing. Overall, we love your store, your products and your employees!

I have Always had a Great experience with Wold Birds Unlimited! This time when I received the Hot Bird Chips, the chips inside the bag were crushed? Is this how they will be coming from now on or was this a bad batch?

Because your a member of the club you can’t use your 20% off coupon on your seed , I find that to be a issue

The product I purchased had a best by date of over a month ago. It concerned me that I had unknowingly bought expired suet. I went back to the store and was told that it was fine. Why do you date the suet if it is fine after it has expired?
