I have never had a bad experience at any Wild Birds Unlimited That I’ve been to. The ladies helped me a lot at this location and I’ll definitely be back. I’ve already found a few feeders I would like to get.

Associates were wholly knowledgeable. Made two trips to store and both were exactly the same. Did not feel rushed in my decision, felt great about my purchase and was just generally excited to talk birds with such lovely and helpful bird lovers since I am a novice. The more we talked the more I just learned. Amazing!

The staff

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Educated me on purchase since this was my first visit to your store. Staff even carried my purchase to the car for me.

Love all the merchandise in the store as well as the staff who are well informed about bird activity and nutrition. The staff are always cheerful and welcoming. I would love to work there as I love watching birds in my yard and would love to learn more.

Knowledgeable staff consistently helps me select the perfect gift item. My WBU store always has unique items that make me smile! I can depend on the staff to help me find gift items that are in my price range. My WBU staff is knowledgeable and has helped me solve various bird feeding challenges over the years.

I went to the store to shop - I did not call in the order or place it on line. The survey doesn't give that option. It needs to. Love the store and everyone that works there is great. Beverly assisted me this time and is always helpful!
