I pulled up to WBU, called and ordered. The associate looked up my bird food (I forgot which one I get) then I purchased over the phone and she delivered to my trunk. She was very nice and helpful!

Had several questions about cleaning a bird feeder I had and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus I got a free bag of seed for my bday

Everyone super friendly. They know what I want. They even go to the trouble to try and keep the blanched peanuts in stock because we have picky birds.

I always enjoy visiting this store. It has an array of different products. Normally I see a lady in there I always enjoy chatting with but she wasn’t there this last time, everyone is always friendly, I just happen to have things in common with this person so it’s always a pleasure chatting. I love this store has a mask requirement which always makes me feel safe and was available for curbside during quarantine.

I’ve been patronizing this store for two or three years now. Most of the staff recognizes me because I bring my rotten dog in but everyone has always been super friendly and the times that I have needed extra items they’ve been very helpful and knowledgeable.
