Great staff—knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and just plain fun to shop in your store!!! (I do miss Bev, though!!!)

Because of recent surgery my wife and I were not able to drive to the store. Looked up on internet the closest store which was this location. The pleasantness of Pam and Kathy on the phone was suberb. They could be giving customer service classes! Second, I may made a purchase which did not exceed the amount for free delivery. After completing order and ending call my wife said how about a book on birds. I called and because of that purchase the orginal order exceeded amount for free purchase and Kathy went back and applied without my asking! Awesome service! We look forward to visiting the store and meeting Pam and Kathy in person. Thanks for pleasant experience!

I drive an extra 20 miles or so from Canton to get to your store in Woodstock because it is such a happy place; your staff take as much time with me as I need; you are always stocked with my birds’ ravenous needs and a staff member insists on carrying my purchases to my car. It is worth the extra drive time to have such a great experience each and every time. Thank you!!
