Staff is knowledgeable on so many different things relating to birds as well as other small animals. They are always friendly and greet you with a smile.

Love the staff, store always clean, great selection of birding supplies and the birds in our yard love the feed.

Woodstock is a great store - superb staff, everything inn stock, great variety and everyone so knowledgeable! Can always buy cheaper but none better!

You have a great selection of things beside the bird seed. I happen to like the puzzles.

This team, well, between the now closed Cumberland location and Woodstock locations the team has always been extreme on customer service! I can't thank everyone enough for always being so helpful! I wish the price of the seed was a bit less expensive as...c'mon...lets face it...nothing is going to stop these squirrels from getting to the seed so it runs out SO fast. :( It's hard to keep my supply up due to the cost. I understand each shop is a franchise, but it would be nice if all shops accepted the bird buck/membership program. That would help me a lot! I live 35 min from this store, but feel I have to drive to get at least something for all the $ we spend on bird seed. Nonetheless thank you again for always having wonderful products and great customer service!

They had so many neat things you don’t see in other stores. The gentlemen that waited on me was highly knowledgeable and I learned things about hummingbirds that I didn’t know.

Loved the bird feeders and wished I could buy several of the beautiful feeders, but refrained and bought 1. Splurged on feeder holders for my hummingbirds and bought a second one for the front yard for my regular bird feeds along with a squirrel baffle. Brought everything home and had no problems setting up the feeder stands. Staff was wonderful and very helpful, informative, knowledgeable but not pushy. My daughter bought me a couple of cards and gave them to me for Mother's Day and they are so lovely I have had to buy frames so I can see them all the time. can't wait for my next shopping trip.
