So much variety and wonderful products with friendly staff. Items are so unique and my birds love the seed.

The two women at the register when we arrived were very cheery in greeting us, and the young woman with dark hair who helped us was impressive with her knowledge of birds and merchandise.

It is very easy to order, and the delivery is always quick. Delivery team always follows my special instructions, which I REALLY appreciate!! Also, I have never experienced any errors with my orders from this store, which is amazing. Amazon could take some lessons from you all. Also, once I had a question about the salmonellosis and called the store for advice. They were VERY helpful to me in discussing my personal concerns (not just giving me a canned answer). I truly feel like this store is a partner with me in trying to help the wild birds! YAY, thank you!

They have the seed that all of my favorite birds are drawn to at a great price. The customer service is always excellent and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. They're delivery is very fast and they are, without a doubt, my favorite store to deal with!
