The staff were friendly and anxious to please.

We went in with no knowledge, just knew we wanted to feed the sweet birds in our backyard - and we left with everything we needed and more! Our 18month old wreaked havoc on the place at 6:30P and the girls there were nothing but DELIGHTFUL! 10/10 recommend - will ABSOLUTELY be back - have already raved about you to everyone!

Since moving to the area 5 years ago, WBU has been my go-to for my wild bird supplies. The owners (Kathy and Richard) and staff at my WBU Woodstock location are courteous, very knowledgeable, and always friendly. Since the location isn’t an easy drive for me, the delivery service is so appreciated!!

The staff are always pleasant and very knowledgeable. They ship what and when they say they will. The selection is better than other stores that I have experienced.

The staff always greet you when you enter. They ask if they can be of assistance. We also discussed on my next visit purchasing a blue bird nesting box. They explained where it has to be installed in yard.
