The quality of the merchandise and the delivery of everything I order in a very quick and timely manner and the friendliness of the gentleman delivering the order has always been outstanding. I tend to place large orders and the person delivering is always for only polite courteous and takes extreme care of delivering and placement of my orders. I will continue to shop at this store I love it and my birds love it. Thank you for everything you do
