I’ve been buying my seed, feeders, etc from them for several years. They’ve become friends and I always enjoy seeing them & shopping for my needs. They’re always extremely helpful , but without pressure. I like going there!!!

The staff is so friendly and even reminded me I had Bird Bucks to use on my purchase. They carried my 2 twenty pounds bags of seed to the car for me.

The staff has always been exceptional here. I have been a regular customer since 2016. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have always been willing to take time to answer any questions or find any specific item I may have been looking for.

Answered all my questions. Gave me multiple options for what I was trying to achieve. Didn’t try to upsell me with higher-priced items or items I didn’t want. Not pushy. Seemed generally invested in helping me identify the best options for what I was trying to achieve. Super friendly staff connecting on a person-to-person level.
