I was helped by Pam who showed me bird feeders to add to the one I purchased last year. She helped me pick out the perfect one for my shepherds pole. I appreciated her willingness to be patient with my decision making. She also helped me get a 5lb bag of bird food as my birthday treat was this month! I felt like this store appreciates my business and the staff was so knowledgeable and friendly!

The owners (Kathy and Richard) and staff at my WBU Woodstock location are courteous, very knowledgeable, and always friendly. Since the location isn’t an easy drive for me, the delivery service is so appreciated!!
