Love the merchandise! I bought a gift for someone and it was unique, she loved it. And the nice lady at the store packaged the gifts in a beautiful gift bag!!! The variety of merchandise is wonderful!! We are lucky to have such an awesome store near us!!

Bev is knowledgeable about the products and always has the best suggestions for what to purchase! I always enjoy gift shopping when she can give recommendations and assist. Customer service is top notch!

Sales women was very helpful on my selections and answered all my questions. Very sweet. Only thing is they were out of long pole to hang feeder so I will be called when the order comes in. Totally understand just anxious what kind of birds our around at our new house! Already have humming birds

The staff was amazing. Pam helped me understand everything I would need to help my friend start attracting hummingbirds to her new home…she helped me choose what to purchase and she gift wrapped it beautifully! Bev helped me with my woodpecker issue at home and also showed me how to view the live birds online at a college campus-beautiful!

Being able to order via phone and have it delivered to a location that is more convenient and much closer to my house always encourages me too place a good size order. The convenience and customer service is exceptional and I always appreciate the customer service I received from my Wild Birds Unlimited store.I like that they have second Saturday pick up as its name because it reminds me to order birdseed. And they send me an email as well reminder which I always appreciate.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to help me - answering my questions - they are very knowledgeable. I’m also impressed with the level of service provided- they even take my purchases out to my car and carefully load them for me.
