The individual who assisted me answered my questions, offered suggestions, and was very helpful. I was choosing a gift and was happy that the feeder I selected came gift wrapped.

Excellent customer service all the way around with a lovely personal touch. The merchandise is always beautifully packed and brought straight to my door which I truly appreciate as I’m a ways away from the Woodstock store. They will always be my go to place for my bird supplies!
