I was greeted by Kim and Bev and made to feel like a valued customer. Both Kim and Bev provided much needed information and made valuable suggestions. the store provided me with many options to make my bird sanctuary. I can't wait to come back to get my new birdbath.

Sales lady heled me pick a thistle feeder and the finches love it. She also suggested a premium no husk seed for my other feeder and the birds are literally lining up to get to it!

The store manager and other employees were SO friendly and helpful in helping us with questions about our bluebird house that has a nest. The manager shared photos of her bluebird eggs in her nest and asked us to return when we had photos of our baby birds. A very sweet young man carried our birdseed purchase to our car. We even joined the WBI club while there

The staff members greeted us when we arrived and asked if they could help with anything. I needed help finding the right birdseed and a staff member showed me a few kinds and made recommendations. She also helped us to find a birdbath and clearly explained the membership program to me. She was awesome!

The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. The quality of the seed far outweighs anything else on the market. I have many types of birds coming to my yard in small flocks.
