They are ALWAYS polite, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I go there for all of my birding needs and can find gifts for others and myself.It's an enjoyable experience EVERY time.

Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. The playing of bird sounds made it that much more inviting. Very pleasant experience.
