The place is clean and convenient. I walk in and I know exactly what I want and where it is located within the store. Everyone is friendly and they carry my purchased items to the car for me which is always very nice. My wild birds love, love, love the suet i buy and type of bird food. I get many different species and I am very pleased with the products.

Pete and his staff always go above and beyond to help you. They answer all of your questions, help you find what you are looking for and always help you carry your purchase to your car. Excellent customer service.

the person with whom i spoke was very friendly and helpful. he was very knowledgeable about his merchandise and wanted to make sure he answered my questions. he took me to the merchandise i asked about but did not push me to purchase. his priority seemed to be to make me glad i went into his store. he also had the items i wanted to purchase.

Pete was extremely helpful with any question we asked. He provided additional information about the birds in the area and showed us pictures in a bird book. He also pointed out features of various feeders and food products.
