Friendly staff. They always remember my name. They help me carry out big bags of seed. They know a lot about birds -- can tell me when the hummingbirds and Orioles will arrive, what kind of food to use to attract specific birds, how to deal with unwanted squirrels, raccoons, etc.

Pete and his staff are extremely knowledgeable about all their products. They are so friendly and helpful, carry my birdseed out to the car for me. Couldn't ask for nicer people.

The store is convenient to access, can usually park right outside the door. Unique items to browse for my outdoor space. Young gentleman that was working was very friendly and knowledgeable and assisted me with helping carry my purchases out to the car.

Been going to this store for over 20 years. Jim Parrott, former owner was surppurb as well as PJ current owner. Nice when you walk in and they acknowledge you by your first name. Wish there were a Wild Birds Unlimited store in Lake Geneva, WI as well
