The sales people at your Peoria IL store have always greeted me with much compassion and care - always know me by name and chatting about their personal life as well - they are like family and have been that way since we first started going to your store in Peoria IL. They showed much interest and caring when my husband passed away 9 1/2 years ago - even coming to the hospital to see my husband when he was in critical care. I don't know what I will do if this store ever closes. Several years ago I stopped at your store in Lake Geneva WI - they were very cold but sorry when I heard that store in no longer in business

The people are so knowledgeable. The people are very friendly. They carry quality products.

The staff is friendly. They have the bird cylinders that we use. They don't try yo talk you into stuff you don't want.

Easy to find the supplies we were looking for. Workers at the counter are always friendly and eager to assist. They also offer to help with carrying your items to your car if needed.

I go to Wild Birds Unlimited every other week at least for the past 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. They recognize me when I walk in the door, know my name when I check out and if time allows, they engage in casual conversation with me. I enjoy the "small specialty shop" experience so much more than the big box stores.

This store is always clean, staff always greet you and offer help if you have any questions. They ring you up quickly, and apply any club discounts, or coupons automatically They never fail to ask if you want help carrying your purchase to the car.
