Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Although product is a bit more expensive than some other places, I like to support local businesses and always know quality is good.

I love this store! Everyone is very friendly and they entertain me and listen to my novice birding stories. The team even provides insights when I struggle with, starlings or black birds or what to feed during winter vs nesting season. I love this store! Thanks guys for making me feel special!

The owner always listens to my comments/questions & immediately resolves it. I always feel valued. They always carry my purchases to my car, wonderful service.
