Was told the snowman made of birdseed had something in it that squirrels did not like. They had it gone in less than 48 hours! Very disappointed.

I wish communication was better with customers. I had previously asked to be notified when a couple of items were back in stock and left my name and number. I was never contacted. I called and Richard indicated that the one item was not in stock - they had never received it - but the particular bird seed I had requested was available. I asked him to hold the seed and an alternative item for me to pick up on Saturday. I called Saturday to let him know that I wouldn't make it there that day and since they are closed on Sunday I told him I would come in Monday to pick up. He said he would be there Monday and if he had any concerns about holding the items, he would call me. When I arrived Monday afternoon (I had to work in the office that day) both items had been returned to stock. I have a membership there, all of my contact info is available and I communicated very well to staff. I think communication from the store could be better.

Whenever I visit the store I like to just slowly browse and take my time looking at everything. Employees kind of follow me around and keep asking if I’m finding everything ok or have any questions to the point that I feel like I’m under surveillance. I’ve never stolen anything from this or any other store and would like to be allowed to just look at leisure.

I was overall highly satisfied but the the rain guards I bought were not large enough to protect the feeders. I should have asked to see the larger guard out of the box and try it on the new feeder pole I bought that day as well. There was a feeder pole on display that we could have tried the rain guard on before I purchased. The smaller rain guards are not enough to protect the feeders even in a light rain with no wind as the new feeder that I also bought hangs down too far to be protected by the small guard.

Not all the merchandise available in the store is available online. I ordered a bird feeder from another store as I did not find it in your catalog. It is a feeder that I previously bought in store. Also, I would like to see better descriptions. For instance, the length of the perch for the pole system would be helpful. If I had not had a friend who had that, I would not have ordered it based on the description available at your site. I also ordered some striped sunflower from another store as I did not see that on your site.

I did not know what to expect. The shopping experience was very pleasant. Staff was very helpful. I was looking for a very large feeder, i guess i will have to design my own.

I went to store today to ask about exchanging feeder I bought and was told no. I would have bought another type and probably an additional feeder, among other items. The birds aren’t eating from that type of feeder and i am setting up a feeding area and planning multiple feeders . I think this was short sightedness on their part as now I’m not a happy customer, have a useless feeder and will buy elsewhere. I wasn’t asking for a refund, exchange, they could have used it as a store sample. I was happy to eat the cost of the food block, so for under 35$ they could have made a better decision and also educated me more on my goals for my yard and sold me more stuff. The pole I bought is very well made. But at the moment I’ll look elsewhere for feed and feeders. I really liked the store. Not so much the customer service. I didn’t ask for a manager ad I didn’t want to be a pain. Now I’m a lost customer.
