When asked why the club member price has increased twice over past five months for no-mess bird feed, 35% increase, the person at the register said, "that is inflation, everyone is doing it" This does not justify or answer my question. This attitude and response is not customer service. It is profit above people.

There is a problem with my online DSC account. The employees were unable to resolve. They requested I send an email to management. I have sent the email 5 days ago but no response to date.

Checkout took a little long, and the bird feeders were not all that pretty. They are nice and practical, though.

Products are too expensive. Ex: one suet square was 4.99 at Wild Birds Unlimited and I can get the same suet at Kroger for $.99. The prices are way too high for almost every product, which is why I usually choose to buy bird products at other pet stores.

I had a complaint regarding the last batch of the 25 lb box of peanuts in the shell. I’ve asked before and was assured they are roasted. This batch is sprouting in my garden as well as several neighbors, who are now complaining to me. I have been buying this product for several years and this is the first time I’ve had this problem. I now have approximately 20 lbs of peanuts that I won’t use because it’s embarrassing to have neighbors complaining to me. Although the lady I spoke to was trying to be helpful she basically said to make it difficult for the squirrels to get to the peanut ring. That doesn’t help me since I buy this for the squirrels as well as birds. What I would like is for you to buy this back from me and your distributor know you have dissatisfied customers.

The store was out of a product we specifically came in for however; there was a order coming in that next week and we received a courtesy call that product was back in stock. Would have preferred not to have made another trip to the store but glad it was restocked so soon.

They were out of the bird food that I use BUT helped me find a temporary replacement while ordering me 4 bags of my correct seed which was delivered to the store today for my pick up tomorrow.
