Every time I stop there, the staff is so friendly and helpful. They always take the time to help me when I have a feeding question. The quality of the bird food is superior then other brands I tried when I first started feeding birds. I love the quality of the feeders as well. You pay a little more but it is worth it in quality and staff friendliness and knowledge. I am a lifelong customer.

I am sooo disappointed that Wild Birds doesn’t offer a guard to use on smaller “house-type” feeder as is offered on large sizes. That will always be the thing I’ll be looking for! Maybe they will offer someday?!

We went to get a small clear cover like the larger one we bought and none in stock. They promised to call as soon as received but so far no call. I had never seen either employee there before. They were nice, helpful but I was disappointed.

difficulty getting a replacement part. This was not the store's fault, and I did get the part, but the process was less than acceptable. The difficulty was with the vender not having the part and each time I went to the store to see if it had arrived, I was told to just wait, at no time was I told that they would call or email the vender to check on the statis, even at my request.
