Staff is always professional and courteous. The after sales followup phone call is a rare treat that is sincerely appreciated. Shipping and order fulfillment was exceptional. Product quality seems to be above and beyond the Quality of items sold in the "Big Box" stores.

Almost always a phone call to check on order, fast shipping of order and usually there is a small little gift in the box which is so appreciated
