I always enjoy going to shop in store. Employees always show me lastest products and answer my bird or products questions. Very friendly, helpful. They are family to me.

The staff was very helpful, and informative. The store was clean & well organized. The customer service was on point.

The online process was easy. I received a confirmation email for my order with shipping number & receipt promptly after ordering. Lastly, the delivery person dropped the order at my door, went back to vehicle, & then made a notification call that order was placed outside. The delivery person waited a few extra minutes to see that we received the item. Thank you for the extra care and consideration provided to my family's order.

Jordan was very good at answering all my questions. She pointed out a few items that may be helpful to me with the birds in our garden. She was very friendly and carried my purchases out to the car.

The owners, Robbie and Richard, are wonderful people. They're very knowledgeable of the products that they sale for Wild Birds and their store is extremely clean and "dolled up" very nice. I like it a lot!

We like their products. The bird seed, while it is more expensive than other stores, has less waste. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.
