I purchased an Eliminator bird feeder a few years ago and the pole fell over and broke ...the plastic shattered. Ordered a new one for me...and got it quickly...as promised.

The staff was attentive and very knowledgeable. My daughter suggested we go there for a present for her grandpa and she found a great selection to choose from. The staff helped us make it a complete gift and we could not be happier.
