I don't know much about birds except that I'd like to see them feed and cared for, so it is nice that staff can always walk me through the best choices for the birds that frequent my garden.

I called before heading to the store to make sure you had seed in stock. Chloe assured me you were fully stocked in everything but sunflower chips. I arrived and another associate placed the two bags of seed at the counter for me while I perused for a bit. Then it was Chloe who checked me out and carried the seed bags out to my vechicle. Quick, courteous, in and out and home to fill the feeders before all the snow and bitter cold! Happy me, happy birds!

Trish? called me the day after to make sure all was to my liking. She also answered accurately my questions about goldfinches in our area. I love Wild Birds Unlimited. I feel like I pay a little more for the seed but what I get is quality and service. That is worth the extra money to me.

Mostly for the Friendliness of the employees. Most remember my name when I come in which means a lot, the knowledge of birds and what food to get for each kind of bird and the quality of the merchandise.
