The packaging was well done to make sure nothing broke during delivery and it did not take long to receive my merchandise. It was nice to receive a handwritten note advising me about the woodpecker feeder and suet advice. I also received information in this note about getting a discount on food if I became a member. I saw this offer online but the note was very thoughtful.

First of all your survey does not allow for an answer of I didn't place and order, I went into the store to purchase my items. The Sales Associate was knowledgeable and helpful. She was professional and very friendly.

The salesperson was friendly and helped me choose the right bird feeder for my yard. She knew exactly which birds would come to the specific birdseed mixtures, which was helpful to me.

Staff member was very helpful.

The person who assisted us was very knowledgeable a out the bird foods we were purchasing. Except for gray sunflower seeds, she was able to point out the items we wanted, and offered suggestions on how to best use them.

Always get what i ordered. Always get merchandise on time. The employees go out of their way to make sure that every thing went as i was suppose to and let them know if their were any issues. So far NONE

The staff are exceptionally friendly, and professional. I enjoy going to the store just to pick up a few things and speak with the staff about the birding in the area
