Wild Birds Unlimited

I was a member at the Katy/Cinco Ranch location and went to go pick up some bird seed when I noticed the locks had been changed. The merchandise was still in the store. Was sad to see that it had happened. I needed to get some seed, so I searched locations closer to my house and found this location. So glad I did. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. I had just renewed my membership at the other store, but this location signed me up for benefits as well.

They had what I was looking for, web site worked well, shipped quickly, and delivered quickly as well

I love this shop. All of the staff are very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. The selection of feeders, feed, gifts etc is top notch. It’s my home away from home for enjoying my backyard bird watching.

Excellent store with knowledge staff.

I ordered what I needed, it was in stock and shipped that day. I received it the next day! And then, some one at the store called me the following day, just to make sure I was happy with the order. Great service!

I was impressed with the personalized note and Hobby literature in my order. I was ordering for a friend, but I was a faithful customer of the Katy store and was in tears when it closed.

This is my favorite place to shop. My happy place!

The attendant helped me carry my purchases out to my and when I couldn't find my keys patiently waited in the rain while I looked for them. Then he realized I probably left them on the counter and went in to retrieve them for me-all without getting upset.
