Friendly greeting as I walked into the store. Staff member listened to what I needed and provided several options. He knew the Cypress area's birds and knew his merchandise.

Products are always available, the online ordering process is easy and complete, and there is always a follow up phone call to make sure everything was delivered as ordered. That is great customer service.

This is a beautiful store with very nice, helpful people working there. I have had them carry my birdseed to my car!! They have lovely things to buy also!
