I have always loved your bird store and every chance I get I tell somebody because they’ll say oh where did you get that well I got it from the bird store in grass Valley and it’s always been a pleasure to go and shop there and everyone has always been kind

I have been shopping at our local Wild Birds Unlimited for well over a decade. The owner and his family are very knowledgeable about birds and their products. I enjoy chatting with them and always feel welcome.

I needed not-seed food for my juncos and they told me what they would like and explained some differences. The price was great, too.

The staff is always very friendly and offer assistance. The store is very well set up and has a wonderful selection of merchandise. PS: I really like the resident cat, Elvis :-)

The overall experience

I was buying bird feeders as an Xmas gift. The man who helped me was fun and helpful. It was just a great experience for someone who doesn’t know anything about birds.

Bruce was so helpful in evaluating and instructing in the proper adjustments and usage of binoculars I was contemplating buying for bird watching.
