Long term customer & most employees know me by name. Always help get my items to my vehicle since I tend to purchase large quantities. Like the bird buck program.

Our gal was so nice and informative. We asked about bird baths and she guided us right where we needed to go. Wonderful experience!

I was looking for a bird feeder on sale designed to keep squirrels from feeding from it. They had several. I was directed to the ones on sale. The staff demonstrated how it worked. I thought it was a little too large and heavy. so we tried it out on a shepherd's hook device like mine at home. I also bought some seed cones made out of a hot pepper seed that squirrels do not normally eat. Staff was very helpful. My squirrels in the yard are aggressive and have been eating a lot of the seed in the bird feeders even some of the pepper ones. My feeders have the cone shaped device attached to keep squirrels from climbing, but they are very crafty and figure out ways to climb over it. The new feeder with the trip hinge to deter the squirrels from feeding has worked out great!!! Many bird species are coming to my yard and enjoying the feeder. The red pepper cone feeder also seems to be working better keeping the squirrels away too. Glad I went to Wild Birds for help.
