I found the products I was looking for, however I was also looking for bird seed bells. You used to carry them but I was wondering if you discontinued them.

With very little knowledge about bird feeders ect I definitely needed help Chris from the Franklin Ma store was outstanding He was knowledgeable and very accommodating

We are closer to 2 other Wild Bird Stores based on where we live. We are members in each of the 2 closer stores. We were looking for a specific feeder and the Franklin store was the only one of the 3 that had it in stock. We also travel and shop in another store in the plaza and we always go into the Wild Birds store when we are there. The Franklin store is larger than the other 2 stores and has a beautiful selection of Wild Birds Unlimited items as well as other gift items. The staff is also very friendly. We spoke with Chris the owner and he helped us pick out a new feeder for Orioles. We also spoke with Irene who has a great personality and knows her stuff. If we lived closer we would also join as members in the Franklin store. I think that Wild Birds Unlimited should have a membership program that you could join at the parent company and your membership would be valid in all locations which would allow you to earn points which could be used for $10.00 certificates that would be valid at any of your locations. The company should work to get all of your stores on a computerized system.

Staff are always friendly, super-knoledgeable and efficient. Products (especially seeds) are clean and the birds seem to love them.
