Great products great staff

I am always very happy with my visits and the purchases I make at Wild Birds Unlimited. Started when you were in Medway.

I have used the optional Delivery since the store had some issues with Covid-era operations, which they handled professionally and openly. I still visit the store for any "shopping" I may want to do but for the regular staples of seed and suet, etc. I still have them delivered. The online ordering is quick and the order is filled and delivered in a timely fashion. I routinely spend more than the required, so delivery is free. Nothing about this process has given me a negative experience and I look forward to doing business with my local WBU store for a long time.

We appreciate the variety of products and the knowledge of the staff. We often reach out to them for advice on products or questions on how to best take care of our feathered neighbors and they always have an answer!

Very friendly staff, selection isn't as good as it use to be but that is everywhere you shop. Always enjoy going into the store.

Your products are wonderful. I have been a customer for years at other stores. The speed of the delivery was above expectations.

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The layout and arrangement of merchandise in the store are attractive and not cluttered. It's a peaceful place to shop.
