The staff is great. They are knowledgeable, friendly and offer help as soon as I come into the store, yet they never hover! During the height of the pandemic they were incredibly helpful with online and phone ordering as well as curbside and home delivery! Outstanding service and a pleasure to shop WBU, Franklin MA!
