I am consistently impressed with the service I receive from the Franklin store. Delivery has always been prompt, either the same day or the next day. Everyone is always pleasant. At one point I had purchased a shepherd's hook with an extension and a baffle. I had just had major surgery and was having difficulty with putting it up, one of the delivery people from Wild Birds in Franklin MA helped me put it up in my yard!!

The ease of ordering on line and the convenience of delivery. The delivery itself was faster than expected and everything was in great condition. The only reason I chose not very likely to reorder within 60 days is because I order enough to last at least 3 months at a time.

Everyone is so knowledgable and helpful. They always remember me and ask me questions about how things are going with any concerns I had previously brought up and they had recommended helpful solutions for.

Just went and was so happy how they decorated the store for Christmas and the music of the birds and the sounds was so relaxing and store in general is so pretty they have plenty to pick from all kinds of things that might make the birds healthy and happy and as far as the staff working there very helpful and friendly I love going there
