As always, the friendly, knowledgeable staff welcome me to the store and ask if they can help. I usually know what I want, so I pick it up and check out quickly. More often than not, I have a bird-based conversation with the staffers. Their love for birds is obvious, and I feel great shopping there, as I have for nearly 20 years (since you were in Medway).

Staff was amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and friendly!! Products are high quality.

Always greeted by pleasant and knowledgeable associates who know their products. Although I knew what I needed, I overheard conversations they were having with other customers who were asking for recommendations. The associates each took the time to assist the customers with their selections.

It's an easy process from start to finish. I can order online, expectation was set on delivery timing and it was a successful delivery.

The staff was friendly, approached with help but not pushy, very knowledgeable, helped us make a great purchase for less than we might have spent without their help. Really great team and store selection.

We're just starting out as amateur birders so we went shopping in Franklin, MA. The staff was very knowledgeable about the feeders and hangers we were looking for. They knew with what we picked out what we needed to complete the hangers. There was plenty to choose from for feeders, seed and suet. The store is clean and set up beautifully. I didn't expect to find Christmas decorations but there were many beautiful ornaments to choose from.
