All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The Franklin store is a wonderful place! The quality of the products are excellent and makes my birding hobbies that much more enjoyable.

Every time I go in to purchase anything, I am greeted by a staff member and once I tell them if I need assistance or not, they respect that answer. Also, some staff ALWAYS remember my name. That is saying something since I don't go in weekly but monthly and them remembering me or my choices or needs is greatly appreciated.
