E have been customers for years . I like to visit the store for new items and also some replacements of old bird nesting boxes and feeders .very friendly ,acknowledgment of all there products and answer questions we may have. Also we take pictures in of some of the birds we are not sure of and they always can tell us what they are.

The staff is so knowledgeable! They answered all of my questions and made sure that I purchased the appropriate items to get target the birds I wanted to target.

My husband and I visited the store in Franklin MA for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The staff were very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and super helpful with assisting us in our decision making given the type of birds we wanted to attract as well as dealing with squirrels. We've already recommended that particular shop to friends and family and we'll definitely go back to get supplies and seed in the future! :-)
