So happy I can just pick up the phone and order birdseed and have it delivered. Everyone I have been in contact with either in store or on the phone have been very helpfull.so easy, don't have to use computer.thank you all.

I brought in two bird feeders that I had purchased at the store some years ago. Both were in disrepair. While I waited, the 2 feeders were repaired - and there was no charge. Such an amazing service. The squirrel proof feeders do as they say and are a wonderful purchase ..... but the customer service for the years to come is what keeps me coming back to your store. Thank you!

I love this store. Mainly because the staff is always extremely pleasant. The selection is fantastic be it for the birds or for gifts. They have a very wide selection of items. Thank you and see you soon!

The wide variety of food attracts birds that we have only seen in limited quantities in the past. The pole system and feeders are high quality. The employees at the Franklin location are very friendly.
