The Franklin store is a calming place I like to hang out in and look at all the stuff. The sounds of birds just helps my day!!

The birds love the spicy seed. But we can't get the large size barrel feed. I like the "no mess" formulas since I am in a condo. The staff are great. They even carry a heavy load to my car.

I can always count on the store and the staff, I enjoy receiving sale or special offer notices. I also learn new information about feeding wild birds, what is available, new feed or feeders, etc... have wonderful selection of gifts and decorations. Staff are there to help but never felt rushed or ignored or pushed to buy something else. This is one of the remaining stores I enjoy shopping at.
