How friendly and knowledgeable the staff is.

My feeder was "broken" and I brought it in to the store. The staff person was able to diagnose and fix it in five minutes. I was so pleased. I was very glad to get my seed at a discount with a coupon. Seed is so expensive I don't know if I can keep on feeding my feathered friends. The store is lovely and the staff people are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Store has so much more than birdseed that I always need to wander around to see the new treasures on display for purchase. Staff very personable, knowledgeable & helpful.
