When We come in to pick up food for our bird friends the staff always greets us with a friendly smile and asks if we need any help finding items. They also are super helpful if we have any questions.

The staff is awesome in the Franklin, Mass store. Always there to help and ensure that you are purchasing the correct product for your feather friends. So knowledgeable. Brian is great to work with as well as everyone else. Love my Bird Points. Merchandise is always on available. I really learn a lot from the staff. Store is clean and it's great to walk around and see what is new. My birds are very happy with your product.
