Everybody was friendly and awesome on my visit. I told them I didn't want the free membership renewal gift, so they gave me a $10 off coupon to use for my purchase! I can't believe how expensive bags of bird seed have gotten! Used to be $30-something, now $50-something! Ouch!!! Going to fill feeders much less often. Unless cold weather is coming, in which case we'll fill 'em up per usual.

I have been going to the store for many, many years. I find the staff is always very helpful and friendly. It is fun to go there.

As someone who is new to the hobby I find the store to be a very welcoming place. The right amount of attentiveness and the right amount of "I'll leave you alone". I can go in and browse and not feel pressured, though normally, I'm going to walk out with something.
